The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by NotionAlpha and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOTIONALPHA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NotionAlpha from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NotionAlpha regarding the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
